Rockwall to hold Public Hearing for input on Parks and Recreation Master Plan

(ROCKWALL, TX – Nov. 7, 2016) The City of Rockwall is in the process of updating the 10-year master plan for the Parks and Recreation division. As part of that process, all interested Rockwall residents are encouraged to attend and participate in an upcoming public hearing to provide feedback about the Parks and Recreation programs and services.

This feedback is vitally important and is required for grant funding by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department as a five-year update to the master plan. Also, the feedback received will help guide the future development of the Rockwall Parks and Recreation programs and services. The public hearing will take place at Rockwall City Hall (385 South Goliad Street) on Tuesday, November 15 at 6 p.m.
