Cullins Elementary welcomes Perot Museum during Family Night

(ROCKWALL, TX — Dec. 19, 2016) The Perot Museum of Nature and Science brought its interactive museum to parents and students for a fun Cullins Elementary Family Night!  The night was a “Forensics Family Science Night” and the students had to work with their families to solve “The Case of the Missing Vase!”  As families arrived the were given the following challenge:
Mrs. Smogbottom returned from vacation to find that her most valuable antique vase had been stolen from her home.  The Perot Museum CSI Division has collected evidence from the crime scene and four suspects who had motive to commit the crime.  Can you help crack the case of the missing case?

From there students went through nine different activities and conducted experiments while they collected clues to determine who the culprit was!  The students enjoyed working with their families to solve the crime!
