New Year’s baby celebrated at Texas Health Rockwall

(ROCKWALL, TX – Jan. 5, 2017) Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Rockwall welcomed Frederick James Davis, the first baby born in 2017. Dr. Karen Slabas delivered the 7 pound 7 ounce baby boy and second child of Emily and Eric Davis. Freddy will join his big brother Hugo at their home in Wylie.

New Year’s babies are joyfully greeted with excitement! Besides taking home their new son, the family receives a special gift basket donated by the hospital staff. It includes a blanket, clothing, toys, diapers and personal care items along with a gift card for any last minute needs.
