Local elementary student awarded $1,000 Mathnasium scholarship

(ROCKWALL/HEATH, TX – Feb. 13, 2017) Amy-Parks Heath Elementary School student Elise Harding was recently awarded a $1,000 scholarship to Mathnasium of Rockwall-Heath, as part of the Mathnasium CEO Scholarship Program.

Each month throughout the school year, 94.9 KLTY and Mathnasium feature a CEO who grants a scholarship to a local school-age child in grade K-12. Entries are sent to KLTY by parents or friends, recommending a recipient for the $1,000 scholarship to the Mathnasium of their choice. Al Boenker of Al Boenker Insurance Agency served as the CEO for January (it was his second time to do so!) KLTY staff selected Elise as the January recipient, based on entry letters.
