(ROCKWALL, TX – March 28, 2017) Come to Harry Myers Dog Park, 815 E. Washington, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 1 for Woofstock, a free event to meet vets, groomers, pet boarders, and more. Dogs must wear rabies tag or show proof by paperwork. There will be live music, food trucks, dog portraits, paw painting, dog races, and low cost vaccinations.
Here’s the schedule:
10:00AM -12:00PM: Low Cost Vaccine Clinic at the Harry Myers Community Center
10:00AM-4:00PM: Free digital portrait with your pup (There will be a professional photographer that will take a photo of you with your dog; photos will be uploaded to Facebook where you can download them)
10:00AM-4:00PM: Paw Painting (you can walk-away with a portrait of your dog’s paw print using safe paint, or add your dog’s paw print top the Woofstock paw print mural)
10:00AM-4:00PM: Live Music on the Woofstock stage- 2 Tone Band, Ryan Berg and the Velvet Ears, and Scotty Isaccs will be rocking the stage
10:00AM-4:00PM: Mingling Mouth Food Trailer available to serve you. Grab a brisket taco or 3!
11:00AM-12:00PM: Rockwall Police K9 Unit Demonstration on Harry Myers Ballfield #2
12:30-2:30PM: Dog Racing on Harry Myers Ball Field #2
