(ROYSE CITY, TX — March 2, 2018) For the second year in a row, the Royse City High SchooI Student Council has been awarded the Sweepstakes Council Award by the Texas Association of Student Councils. Specifically, this group and sponsor Leah Voth were recognized for community service, pride & patriotism, drug & alcohol awareness and outstanding work in school and the community.
