Two Big Events, One Big Weekend
(WYLIE, TX – June 4, 2018) In-Sync Exotics Wildlife Rescue and Educational Center’s Annual Birthday Bash is one of the sanctuary’s most loved events. This year it will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 9.
There will be fun activities for the entire family, from games to face painting to cake and ice cream for all attendees. A silent auction will take place for paintings created by the cats of In-Sync, including the first paintings of baby white tiger Kylo Ren! Not to be left out, the cats will also receive birthday treats.
Also taking place on Saturday, June 9, the Peter Emily International Dental Foundation will be at In-Sync Exotics to perform dental work on residents in need. The dentists, veterinarians, and technicians come from all over the United States and volunteer their time and supplies to provide dental care to animals in sanctuaries who would not have access to expensive dental care otherwise. The foundation, established in 2008, has participated in 74 missions and provided dental care to 411 exotic animals.
Though the timing is ironic, there is no correlation between the dental visit and the cake and ice cream being passed out that day.
In-Sync Exotics is open to the public every Saturday and Sunday. The non-profit organization, established in 2000, is dedicated to the rescue of neglected, abused, and unwanted exotic felines. American Sanctuary Association accredited, Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries verified, a member of Tigers in America as well as the Big Cat Sanctuary Alliance, In-Sync provides the highest quality care for the 78 exotic animals that reside at the sanctuary.
