Meals on Wheels credits sponsor, gala committee for early sell-out of inaugural Havana Nights event

(ROCKWALL, TX – August 20, 2018) Meals on Wheels Senior Services of Rockwall County recently announced that their 1^st Annual Havana Nights Gala is completely sold out! MOWSS says much of its success is due to the partnership with Title Sponsor, Interstate Wire Co., Inc.

“We have an incredible Gala Committee in place that has worked extremely hard to make our 1^st Annual Gala a success. A large part of this success came with our Title Sponsor, Interstate Wire Co., Inc. whose partnership was brought to us through a committee member,” said Megan Riddle, Development Director, MOWSS. “Very early in the planning process, we received a call that soon-to-be Rockwall-based, Interstate Wire Co., Inc. believed in the mission of MOWSS, and wanted to be instrumental in making sure that our inaugural gala was a huge success. We are so grateful to President and CEO Jeff Fleming, and everyone at Interstate Wire Co., Inc. for their support!”

Fleming said, “We fully believe in the mission and what this organization is doing in our community. We are behind them 100%, and wanted to be a part of this incredible event.”

Interstate Wire Co., Inc. was established in 1977 and is a leading distributor of high quality electronic and electrical wire, cable, and related wire management products. They announced earlier this summer that the company would be re-locating their national office and distribution center to Rockwall’s Technology Park. “We broke ground on the new building this summer, and are excited to officially be a Rockwall County based company, and support our community,” said Fleming.
