(ROCKWALL, TX – Nov 28, 2018) Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Rockwall was recently recognized for both patient experience and physician engagement by Press Ganey. Named a 2018 Guardian of Excellence Award® recipient, these awards highlight the culture found throughout the hospital and the commitment to quality, safety and strong relationships which serve as cornerstones of care. As a result, Texas Health Rockwall found itself included amongst top-performing health care organizations achieving the 95th percentile or above in performance in the awarded areas.
Additionally Texas Health Rockwall received the Pinnacle of Excellence for Physician Engagement which recognizes those organizations who have consistently exhibited a high level of excellence.
According to hospital president, Cindy Perrin, FACHE, these awards represent the best of health care evident throughout the hospital. “When I speak to patients and visitors I am often moved, but not surprised, by the many stories of kindness and exemplary care our hospital family provides. It takes a great team to do great work and I am thankful we have such devoted caregivers and physicians working together for our community.”
