(ROCKWALL, TX — May 14, 2019) Rockwall Soroptimist Treasurer, Rhonda Wright , and Farrah Brabson, President-Elect, presented the Susan Faulkner Memorial Scholarship to Haley Butler, a graduating senior from Royse City High School at the recent high school awards program. Haley plans to attend Vernon College while studying pharmaceuticals.
