(ROWLETT, TX – Oct. 29, 2019) The Rowlett Chamber of Commerce will host its 14th Annual Taste & Trade event next Monday night, November 4. The event runs from 5:30pm – 8:00pm in the Rowlett High School Cafeteria.
This year’s event will include approximately 40 vendors, all of whom are local businesses, who will decorate their booths, offer goodies and information. Local restaurants will be giving samples of their food so come hungry! We’ll even provide the plates and forks!
This event is being billed as a “Tailgate Party” and, like last year, will include Rowlett High School cheerleaders and football players plus performances from Rowlett Dance Academy and Kids Who Rock!
The Taste Sponsor this year is Chick-Fil-A of Rowlett and the Trade Sponsor is Iris Memory Care. You’ll find their booths right up front when you enter. There will also be plenty of games and activities for kids as well as a booth decorating contest!
Tickets are $5 in advance and $7 at the door. Kids 4 and under are free. They can be purchased at the Chamber, from Chamber Ambassadors and online at http://www.rowlettchamber.com/events/details/taste-trade-business-expo-tailgate-party-183401.
Please park in the student parking lot (between the high school and Community Centre) and enter through the east doors of the cafeteria.
