Rockwall County Helping Hands Senior Director of Philanthropy, Melody Hail, was recently selected out of thousands of applicants from across the country for the Allstate Nonprofit Executive Leadership Program in Chicago. Chosen due to her extensive nonprofit background and years of experience, Hail has worked for Helping Hands for 10 years and has served the Rockwall community for 25 years.
Created in partnership with the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management’s Center for Nonprofit Management, the unique Executive Leadership Program opportunity provides a combination of cohort-based academic instruction and executive coaching, with all program elements funded by The Allstate Foundation. The Leadership Program brings together exceptional nonprofit professionals who have demonstrated innovation and creativity in their leadership abilities. Leaders emerge from the Executive Leadership Program positioned to further transform their organizations, communities, and the nonprofit sector as a whole.
