Troop 690 of Rockwall, led by Scoutmaster Rick Handschuch, recently honored four of its Boy Scouts that achieved Eagle Scout, the highest achievement of rank attainable in the program.
Since the program’s inception in 1911, only four percent of Scouts have earned this rank after a lengthy review process. Congratulations to (from left) Garrett Moss, Ricky Handschuch, Jackson Eaker and Josh Petty.
