Isaac Fortner, an Utley Middle School student, recently had his artwork, The Tree Of Me, advance to state-level judging in the PTA Reflections Contest. Sixty thousand students participate in the program annually and less than three percent of those advance to Texas PTA.
Final results will be announced on March 15 via the Texas PTA website.
