Celtic Angels to perform in Terrell on March 22

(TERRELL, TX) Celebrating Irish culture from the Emerald Isle through music, song and step dance, The E! Terrell Entertainment Series brings a special matinee performance by the Celtic Angels of Ireland to the Terrell ISD Jamie Foxx Performing Arts Center at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 22. This is the seventh performance in the 2019-2020 E! Terrell Entertainment Series of community concerts.

This dazzling performance promises to be a festive occasion of everything Irish as a spirited eighteen-member company takes the E! Terrell stage with enthusiastic young stars on its 2020 tour of the United States.

Through their shared passion for Ireland’s musical traditions, this talented troupe empowers audiences to experience the Real Ireland for the price of a concert ticket.

The sweetest voices under heaven make up the Celtic Angels: Victoria Kenny, Emily Carroll, Tammy Browne, Amy Penston, and Ellie Mullane. Performing a repertoire of time-honored Irish folksong favorites, the ladies will melt your heart with expressive voices and delightful harmonies.

The spectacular Celtic Knight Step Dancers, featuring world-renowned Patrick O’Mahoney of Riverdance, perform with powerful precision in routines that always leave audiences breathless. Known for amazing precision and artistry, the legendary Knights continue to bring outstanding step dance exhibitions to audiences around the world.

Rounding out this impressive production with seamless interpretations of standard Irish repertoire, The Trinity Band Ensemble of Dublin adds authenticity and enjoyment to this exceptional concert. This highly-polished ensemble of professional musicians brings rousing instrumentals as well as tender harmonies in accompanying both singers and dancers.
