Message to Rockwall ISD parents and staff

(ROCKWALL, TX – March 24, 2020) We wanted to provide you an update regarding the Shelter In Place Order issued today:

Rockwall County Shelter In Place Impact

Earlier today, Rockwall County ordered residents to stay home as part of a “shelter in place” mandate effective midnight tonight and expiring at midnight on April 15, 2020. In cooperation with this local ordinance, Rockwall ISD has rescheduled our earliest possible return date for students and staff to Thursday, April 16. We will notify you if the county and/or state issues any further mandates impacting our schools.

As part of the Shelter In Place exception, Rockwall ISD will continue to provide meals and technology to families throughout this closure.
