(ROCKWALL COUNTY, TX – April 21, 2020) We have eight additional confirmed cases of COVID-19 today. Six are in Rockwall, two are in Royse City. Two people are under eighteen. Two people are in their 30’s. Two people are in their 40’s. One person is in their 60’s. One person is in their 80’s.
To date, we have not had any deaths reported in Rockwall County because of COVID-19.
Rockwall County Office of Emergency Management has not received an official report on the number of people who have recovered. When we receive this report from the Department of State Health Services, we will report it. This does not mean people are not recovering, we know of at least one recovery at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Rockwall you can see more information here.
