(ROCKWALL COUNTY, TX – April 3, 2020) A PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) drive for first responders and hospital personnel in Rockwall County.
The following items are in demand:
• N95 masks
• Elastic bands for sewing homemade masks
• Surgical masks
• Surgical gloves
• Isolation gowns
• Goggles (Clear, protective, not swim goggles)
• Face shields
• Hand Sanitizers
• Sanitizing/Disinfecting Supplies
There are donation boxes at these locations; look for the big red signs!
• Fate DPS Station
• Heath Public Safety Building
• McLendon-Chisholm Fire Station 1
• Royse City City Hall
• Rockwall FD Station 1
• Rockwall FD Station 2
• Rockwall FD Station 3
• Rockwall FD Station 4
Our local heroes are not going without, but they are having a difficult time replenishing their supplies as they use them. If you have PPE from a project that you have finished please consider donating.
Our print edition is delivered free to ~15,500 homes in Rockwall and Heath, TX.
