Senior Spotlight: Angela Garza, home school student

Senior Spotlight: Angela Garza, home school student

(ROCKWALL, TX – April 14, 2020) Angela Garza has been homeschooling in Rockwall since the 8th grade. She belongs to a local homeschool co-op, Kings Harvest Homeschool Collective.

Angela has been taking college courses at Eastfield College and Richland College through a homeschool program, Dallas County Collegiate Academy. She will not only have her high school diploma this summer but also an Associate of Art.

Angela has a fond appreciation for all things Japanese. Her choice for a 2nd language was Japanese. Her goals for her education and career are to graduate from UNT with a degree in Fine Art and work on publishing her own manga, while living in Japan.

When she is not studying, she spends her free-time gaming, drawing, watching anime, cooking Japanese meals, and spending time with family and friends. She has three cats and loves them all equally.

Angela has been such a blessing to her family and friends. We are all excited to see where the journey takes her.
