(ROCKWALL/HEATH, TX – April 20, 2020) Layton and Parker Brown are seniors at Rockwall-Heath High School. Layton (Pre-Med Major) and Parker (Business Major) will attend Dallas Baptist University and have both been recruited to fish for the Patriot Bass Fishing Team.
