(ROCKWALL, TX – May 1, 2020) Madison Demien, a senior at Rockwall High School, plans on pursuing a Culinary Arts degree in baking and pastry arts from Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky.
Maddie competed on The Gene Burton College & Career Academy Culinary team for two consecutive years, ultimately winning 1st place dessert at Nationals in 2019, and 1st place dessert at State in 2020 (Nationals were canceled this year due to Coronavirus).
Congratulations on all of your accomplishments! We look forward to celebrating many more to come!!!
