Royse City to host ‘Celebrating Freedom’ event with live music, fireworks

ROYSE CITY, TX – June 7, 2020 – Bring family and friends out to enjoy this spectacular event ~ Royse City’s Celebrating Freedom beginning at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 27 at the Royse City High School football Stadium (specifically, the south end of the parking lot.)

This year’s featured artist is Big Guss! Brandon Bamburg takes the stage at 7 p.m. There’s no admission fee; food will be available for purchase; and there will be a kids zone (no fee). The stage will be in the parking area. Bring chairs. Fireworks will be able to be viewed from the event area.

Fireworks begin at approximately 9:30 p.m.

We do ask that everyone continue to practice social distancing while attending the event. It’s strongly recommended to stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms’ length) away from people that aren’t in your family/group. Mask are encouraged but not required. We’ll have hand washing stations available and asking all food vendors to provide hand sanitizer.
