Mobile testing at Lake Pointe Church in Rockwall this Friday, by appointmentÂ
ROCKWALL, TX – July 28, 2020 – The next COVID-19 test site at Lake Pointe Church will be 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. this Friday, July 31. The test site will be appointment only. The state is transitioning from using the National Guard to using a private contractor. Because of this transition, Rockwall County Office of Emergency Management does not currently have a link where appointments can be made. As soon as RCOEM gets a link where appointments can be made, they will post it on their facebook page and send a Nixle message (and Blue Ribbon News will share the link accordingly).

Here’s the latest COVID-19 update from the RCOEM (7/28/2020). They report that there are 716 cumulative confirmed cases, 74 estimated active cases, 625 estimated recoveries, 17 confirmed deaths, and 9404 conducted tests reported. Forty nine people are currently in Rockwall County hospitals with confirmed COVID-19.
