ROCKWALL, TX (July 10, 2020) Detectives with the Rockwall Police Department need your help to identify two women that are suspected of shoplifting from Ross Dress for Less in Rockwall on June 27.
Rockwall County Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of suspects in this case.
