ROCKWALL, TX – July 28, 2020 – There will be a special fireworks display taking place on Lake Ray Hubbard after Thursday’s final Concert by the Lake at the Rockwall Harbor Amphitheater. The fireworks will begin around 9:15 p.m. July 30 following the performance by the David Whiteman Band (dance variety mix), which begins at 7:30 p.m.
