ROCKWALL, TX (August 3, 2020) The City of Rockwall has shared the sad news that Officer Tracy Gaines passed away this morning due to complications from COVID-19. Rockwall County expresses our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Officer Gaines. This case has not yet been reported by DSHS, therefore, is not reflected in all totals.
Additionally, Beacon Harbor Healthcare and Rehabilitation has reported that 33 residents and 9 staff members (3 staff recovered) have tested positive with COVID-19.
