ROYSE CITY, TX (August 5, 2020) The Texas Association of School Business Officials Board of Directors has named Lloyd Blaine as Safety and Risk Management Committee Chair. He will serve in this state-wide role from October of 2020 to September of 2022. For Royse City ISD, Blaine serves as the Director of Safety & Security for Student Services.
“We are so proud of Mr. Blaine for this selection and thankful for his dedication to safety and risk management within our schools,” said Superintendent Kevin Worthy. “He stays informed on best practices, laws and safety plans for schools. His work throughout the summer in preparation for the upcoming school year has been invaluable.”
