ROCKWALL, TX (September 1, 2020) To ring in the Labor Day holiday, there will be a fireworks display at The Harbor in Rockwall this weekend. On Saturday, September 5, the free fireworks show will begin at about 9 pm. The best vantage points for the display will be at The Harbor and from a boat on Lake Ray Hubbard.
