RCH Water Supply rescinds Boil Water Notice for most customers

ROCKWALL, TX (September 11, 2020) Rockwall County Office of Emergency Management posted this morning that RCH Water Supply Corporation has advised they are able to rescind the boil water notification for all customers except High Point Ranch and High Point Lake Estates. The full details are in the press release below as well as information on how to contact RCH WSC:

On September 3, 2020, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the RCH Water Supply Corporation, PWS 1990012 to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals, or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking or human consumption purposes.

The public water system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by this public water system used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of September 11, 2020. This rescind notice is for all RCH WSC customers EXCEPT High Point Ranch and High Point Lake Estates.

Please reduce your outside watering to help with low water pressure that we are currently having system wide. If you have any questions concerning this matter, you may contact RCH Water Supply at 972-722-3203. Please check www.rchwater.com for the latest info.
