ROCKWALL, TX (Sept. 29, 2020) Detectives with the Rockwall Police Department need your help to identify a white male suspect regarding a theft at the Rockwall Lowes on August 10 at 6:30 p.m. The suspect has tattoos on the tops of both hands. Suspect left the scene in a grey, 2012-2016 Chevy Trax with paper license plates.
