Downtown Rockwall’s Scare on the Square to feature drive-thru trick-or-treating and car-stume contest

UPDATE: Washington Street to Clark Street to Dobbs Elementary Parking Lot to Kaufman Street – Candy Bags will be distributed to vehicles in the 200 Block of East Kaufman Street – in front of Independent Bank. Please use this route to ensure you are in line for candy. This event is from 6:00 – 7:30, or until we run out of trick or treat bags.

ROCKWALL, TX (Oct. 6, 2020) The Downtown Rockwall Association will host a drive-thru trick-or-treat and car-stume event from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29 (or until they run out of trick-or-treat bags) in historic downtown Rockwall.

There will be 1,000 pre-filled bags of treats for young ones to enjoy during this spooky season. Costumes are encouraged, but not mandatory. Volunteers will be wearing gloves and masks and will pass out bags directly through your car window. *Please note: limit 6 bags per vehicle.

There will also be a car-stume contest! First, second and third place prizes will be awarded for the best decorated vehicles.
