Skully is a local undead model who makes his home in Fate, TX. Every year starting in October, he invites his bony friends to the yard to have a rattling good time as he quests to find the ultimate treasure chest filled with candy!
Blue Ribbon News recently caught up with Skully to find out his plans for Halloween and find out what tickles his fancy (or should we say funny bone?).
