ROCKWALL, TX (Oct. 7, 2020) The Rockwall County Republication Party will conduct a Candidate Forum at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 12 at Rockwall County Courthouse, Liberty Hall, 1111 E. Yellowjacket in Rockwall, moderated by Rockwall County District Attorney Kenda Culpepper.
The forum will feature School Board, City Council, and Mayor races taking place in various precincts throughout Rockwall County.
