ROCKWALL, TX – Dec. 18, 2020 – Detectives with the Rockwall Police Department need your help identifying a suspect that is believed to have stolen items from a business in the 2000 blk of North Goliad on November 15.
Suspect has full sleeve tattoos on both arms, a tattoo on the top of his left hand and tattoos on both sides of his neck. No vehicle description.
