Free, virtual Diabetes series offered through Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service-Rockwall County

ROCKWALL, TX – Jan. 19, 2021 – To get the facts you need about Diabetes, join Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service- Rockwall County for virtual “Do Well Be Well with Diabetes,” an online, educational program series for people with Type 2 Diabetes and caregivers. Classes are FREE and participants will receive a free American Diabetes Association Booklet, a free notebook with lesson information, and a free kitchen tool. These programs are provided by grant funding support.

Sessions will be live held live on Zoom, Wednesdays in February from 2:00 p.m-4:00 p.m.:  February 3, 10, 17, and 24, 2021. Do Well Be Well with Diabetes is designed to teach simple ways to manage Type 2 Diabetes and take control of your health! The Zoom© online platform can be accessed on a computer, tablet, or smart phone. Instructions for how to use Zoom will be provided to anyone who needs them.
