ROCKWALL, TX – Jan. 7, 2021 – Thank you to Kiwanis Club, Chick-Fil-A North Rockwall, Rockwall Breakfast Rotary Club, Old Navy, Chiloso, Culver’s Restaurant for helping out Rockwall ISD families this winter.
Rockwall Kiwanis Club recently began donating for students and families who are in need. Each student receives a bag of food once a week from their counselor that has been donated by the Kiwanis Club. Six elementary campuses are participating in the food program: Dobbs ES, Reinhardt ES, Cullins Lake-Pointe ES, Springer ES, Rochell ES and Jones ES.
Chick-Fil-A North Rockwall and our own Central Administrative Staff recently donated 110 brand-new coats collectively to students at our middle and high schools.
Rockwall Breakfast Rotary Club recently headed up the annual “Coat for Kids Program” with Old Navy for elementary students throughout the district. This year, 178 brand new coats were given out to Rockwall ISD elementary students. Students and families also left with breakfast and juice from Chiloso and Culver’s Restaurant in Rockwall.
What a great way to keep our children warm and ready for school!
