ROCKWALL, TX – February 17, 2021 – “Under the provisions of Chapter 418 of Texas Government Code, I hereby declare a local state of disaster in the City of Rockwall, Texas. IT IS ORDERED that this declaration shall be in effect for 7 days, unless otherwise rescinded or modified. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all public buildings, business, and governmental building within the city limits of Rockwall shall extinguish all outside lighting and signage when such businesses are closed.”
