Rockwall police seek assistance in identifying theft suspect
ROCKWALL, TX – April 6, 2021 – The Rockwall Police Department Criminal Investigation Division needs assistance in identifying a theft suspect.

On March 30, 2021 at 4:50 PM the shown suspect exited the Tom Thumb grocery store on N. Goliad St. without paying for the merchandise in his shopping cart. He was seen getting into a silver Kia Optima, but the witness was not able to get a license plate number.
