Rockwall County Office of Emergency Management seeks Public Education Volunteers

ROCKWALL, TX (May 24, 2021) Rockwall County Office of Emergency Management is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to attend public events and educate Rockwall County residents on emergency preparedness. Topics include services we offer like Nixle emergency messaging, training like “Stop the Bleed,” opportunities like joining a CERT team, and steps individuals can take to prepare themselves for disaster.

The only requirements we have are a desire to serve your community and pass a basic background check. We will provide any training and resources you need to become a great Pub Ed volunteer!
By completing the survey below, you will be added to our public education volunteer list. When there is an upcoming event, we will send the opportunity to the volunteer list, and you can decide to participate in the event:
