ROCKWALL, TX (June 30, 2021) Gavin Figert, a graduating senior at Rockwall High School, won a logo design contest held among graphic design students at the Dr. Gene Burton College & Career Academy before the end of the school year.
The logo was for a new parent booster club, Gifted and Talented Organization of Rockwall (GATOR) formed during the 2020-2021 school year.
This group organized to provide a community of support to increase awareness and provide resources to support the unique intellectual, social and emotional needs of gifted and talented students.
Our print edition is delivered free to ~15,500 homes in Rockwall and Heath, TX.
