Tickets expected to sell out within hours this Friday for Children’s Advocacy Center for Rockwall County Bubbles & Bags event

This year’s event will be Saturday, September 18 at Southfork Ranch. Bubbles & Bags will once again feature Rockwall County first responders dancing and modeling over 20 designer handbags that will be auctioned off during the fundraiser.

Bring your girlfriends and enjoy an evening of BINGO, raffles, door prizes, and fun for a great cause. Must be 18 years of age to attend.

The reception begins at 5 p.m. when guests are encouraged to encourage to purchase Louis Vuitton raffle tickets, as well as extra raffle tickets for the gift basket giveaways donated by local businesses. Extra BINGO cards, daubers, T-shirts, and cocktails will also be available, along with complimentary appetizers.

Games begin at 6:30 p.m. with introductions and an opening act you won’t want to miss! Highlights of the evening include the crowning of the King of BINGO (the first responder who earns the most tips) and the Louis Vuitton drawing. Shuttles board no later than 10 p.m.

Even though last year’s event was held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Patricia Mejia, President and CEO of the CAC, said that the community showed up and tuned in, so that children who have suffered abuse can being the process of hope and healing. The CAC is a non-profit agency that provides a multi-agency, coordinated approach to the investigation, prosecution, and treatment of child sexual and physical abuse.
