Rockwall police seek help identifying theft suspect at Lowe’s

ROCKWALL, TX (July 21, 2021) Detectives with the Rockwall Police Department are asking for your help to identify a white male subject that is believed to have committed a theft at the Lowe’s Home Improvement on July 6, 2021. The male subject left the location in an older Ford truck that has peeling paint on the bed of the truck. The license plate that was on the truck is not valid and it does not belong on that vehicle.
