ROCKWALL, TX (August 2, 2021) On Friday, September 10th, help support Rockwall County Helping Hands by participating in their Annual Golf Tournament at Buffalo Creek Golf Club, chaired by board members Jeremy Neill and Gary Spraggins.
Every year, Helping Hands raises awareness for Rockwall residents facing poverty, and the proceeds go to help the organization serve numerous families with emergency assistance, food needs and assistance, medical assistance, and financial crises. This tournament benefiting Rockwall County Helping Hands has consistently been a source of fun, camaraderie and a fixture as a key fundraiser for the agency.
This year, Helping Hands will again host a “Ryder Cup” style invitational. Local businesses will have a friendly competition against each other to fundraise the most by their teams to benefit the agency. Last year, American National Bank, lead by Blake James and Jeremy Neill, was the top fundraising team with their team raising over $9,000!
At the tournament along with the awards ceremony, door prizes will be given as well as longest drive and closest to the line prizes. It is a great opportunity to network and share in the mission of Rockwall County Helping Hands with our growing list of partners and community supporters.
