Local cities celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month

ROCKWALL/HEATH, TX (Sept. 22, 2021) The cities of Rockwall, Heath, Fate, and Royse City joined cities across the nation in celebrating their rich diversity during Hispanic Heritage Month, Sept. 15 – Oct. 15.
