ROCKWALL, TX (Oct. 1, 2021) Rockwall County Republican Hispanic Club was pleased to host Dr. John Villarreal, “Dr. V.”, Rockwall ISD Superintendent.

We appreciate his time and insights.  His transparency on addressing concerns was valuable.  Dr. V. addressed the county growth and noted that the RISD Bond package will prepare for increasing student population.

David Carter, Senior Chief Financial Officer, outlined specifics concerning tax dollars.

Dr. Amy Ellis, Chief Curriculum & Instruction Officer, reported on the status of the JROTC with “reigniting efforts and reviewing other JROTC programs that are top-notch across DFW and the State of Texas. Passing the Bond package would certainly make it much easier to provide the facilities that are needed for a program for both Rockwall Heath and Rockwall High School.”

Joe Wimpee spoke on behalf of the Bond package and explained the bond proposals.

Edna promotes the principles proclaimed by the Republican Party of Texas.
