Tickets available for AMICA Rockwall’s Denim & Diamonds Gala

ROCKWALL, TX (Oct. 4, 2021) Tickets are still available for AMICA Rockwall’s annual Denim & Diamonds Charity Gala set for 6 p.m. to midnight Saturday, Oct. 16 at Culpepper Steakhouse.

The gala will include hors d’oeuvres and dinner stations, red carpet walk and wrap featuring sponsors and underwriters, sponsor and underwriter early check-in, free signature drinks and casino chips, live and silent auctions, cigar bar, dancing with live music, casino gaming with craps, blackjack and Texas Hold ’em tables, and photo booth.

AMICA is a 501c3 charitable organization founded in 1974 by a group of local ladies wanting to foster friendships while contributing to the Rockwall community. Today, just as then, up to 40 members continue to combine our talents, energies and spirits to support one another and make a difference in the lives of others.

Each year AMICA awards scholarships to students at both Rockwall High School and Rockwall-Heath High School. These scholarships are given to promote good students who might not otherwise pursue higher education due to financial constraints. With this same goal of enhancing Rockwall’s future, AMICA is proud to support the Rockwall Education Foundation, Rockwall Boys & Girls Club, a variety of RISD Programs, and the Rockwall YMCA.

AMICA is honored to also support critical charities in our community such as: Rockwall Helping Hands, Alliance for the Arts, New Beginnings Center, Rockwall Rainbow Room, Friends of the Library, and Shoes for Kids.

In addition to educational and philanthropic donations, AMICA members also dedicate time and talent each year to make Christmas Stockings and Easter baskets for the C.A.S.A. kids.
