ROCKWALL, TX (Jan. 19, 2022) The JER Chilton YMCA at Rockwall has partnered with Carter BloodCare to host a community blood drive from 2 to 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 7 at the Y, 1210 N. Goliad St.
