HEATH, TX (Feb. 22, 2022) First United Methodist Church of Heath, located at 140 Smirl Drive, will host Ash Wednesday Service at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 2.
Ash Wednesday is a day for fasting, repentance and self reflection as we begin the Lenten Season.
Ashes (Palms burned from Palm Sunday service last year) are placed on the forehead as an act of remembrance and as a sign of witness to others.
