McLendon-Chisholm Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem endorse Frank New for Rockwall County Judge

ROCKWALL/HEATH, TX (Feb. 10, 2022) After careful consideration, McLendon-Chisholm Mayor Keith Short, and Mayor Pro Tem Lorna Kipphut, confidently endorse Frank New for Rockwall County Judge. Both having had the opportunity to work with Frank on city and county issues, Mayor Short and Mayor Pro Tem Kipphut believe Frank possesses the right combination of character, determination, and experience to prepare Rockwall County for whatever comes while protecting what makes it unique.

Mayor Pro Tem Lorna Kipphut has served the county alongside Frank as a member of the Rockwall County Emergency Services Corporation, the Rockwall County Emergency Management Board, and the Rockwall County Road Consortium. According to Mrs. Kipphut, “Frank New’s leadership and keen understanding of the issues have been a benefit to Rockwall County for years. He has a strategic vision for the county, and he is passionate about it. Frank is an excellent communicator and a strong leader who has proven he will work tirelessly for all of Rockwall County.”

Mayor Short has had similar positive experiences working with Frank on issues affecting both Heath and McLendon-Chisholm. “Frank’s knowledge and understanding of the issues we faced were extremely beneficial. I believe with Frank’s vision, his gift for communication and collaboration, and his passionate desire to see this county safely into the future, he is the right person for the job of Rockwall County Judge.”
