Rockwall High School Stingerette Senior Showcase 2022: Cade Glasscock

ROCKWALL, TX (April 28, 2022) Meet Cade Glasscock! Cade is the daughter of Matt and Barrie Glasscock. She is a Rockwall Dance Instructor (RDI) and assists with the Williams Middle School Wildcat Dancers. Cade danced her Freshman year with the JV Jacket Babes and served as Lieutenant. That same year she was awarded “Officer of the Year” and voted “Most Friendly” by her peers.

As a 3-Year Member of Stingerettes she has been awarded “Stingerette of the Week”, “Kindest Spirit” and “Junior of the Year”. Cade has been a member of the Elite Team “ShowStoppers” all three years. She is a current member of Kick Company, Hip Hop Team and was on the Tap Company her Junior Year. During her dance experience at Rockwall High School, Cade has been a consistent Division I Rating soloist. She was honored as a Solo Finalist in 2019 with both MA Dance and Showtime Dance and earned the title of “National Duet 1st Runner Up” at American Dance/Drill Team.

Some of the greatest dance achievements from her senior year include Timeless Twelve JVI/RDI “2022 National Champions”, “Elite Team Novelty 2022 National Champions” and “Team Lyrical 2022 National Champions”, all at American Dance/Drill Team in Denton, TX.

Cade had the honor of performing with the Stingerettes in the 2019 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade as part of the Spirit of America dance team as well as performing at Walt Disney World in January, 2022. She also performed with the Elite Team in Galveston in March this year.

In addition to the high school drill team, she has competed the past four years with The Dance FX studio in Garland which was recently named American Dance/Drill Team “2022 Studio National Champions”. In her early dance years, Cade trained formally for 7 years at Royalty Dance Academy in Rockwall where she had the honor of competing her solo and vying for “Celebrity Star” with Celebrity Dance Nationals at Sea. She also trained at Texas Ballet Theater School Ballet Summer Intensive, 2018.

Cade is a member of National Honor Society and does pet-sitting in her spare time.

Cade will be attending Texas State University in Fall 2022 to pursue a Business Degree with the goal of owning her own business.. She has been selected as a member of the largest university dance team in the United States, the World Famous Texas State Strutters.
